WANTED: my client is looking to hire a Lead Business Analyst to manage their newly formed Business Transformation consulting function. This is a permanent role based onsite 2 days a week in Dublin.

A leading consultancy is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join its dynamic and growing Customer & Digital practice. This is a unique opportunity to help leading organisations reimagine their customer-facing functions by delivering cutting-edge transformation across CX strategy, operating models, digital solutions, marketing, sales and service. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, user-centric and data-driven solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead the design and delivery of technology-enabled transformation initiatives, from initial strategy through to implementation. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to define business needs and develop user-centric solutions. Perform business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and delivery planning. Manage project teams and support agile programme delivery, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product lifecycle management. Design and implement customer-facing solutions such as CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics), and support AI and emerging tech integration. Optimize business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, analysts, and testers to deliver impactful outcomes. Drive omnichannel transformation, digital CX strategies, and CRM implementations to elevate customer experiences.
Key Skills and Attributes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Proven experience managing consultants or junior team members
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Skilled in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
* Proficiency with CRM and Martech platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, MS Dynamics)
* Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio)
* Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
* Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
* Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Azure, Jira, Confluence, or similar
Your Background
* 6+ years of experience in consulting or a relevant field, with 2+ years in a managerial role
* Hands‑on experience in business transformation, product ownership, or agile delivery
* Exposure to digital technologies, data & analytics, and customer-facing platforms
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and CX methodologies
* Bachelors degree (or equivalent); certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management a plus
