A Global International Law Firm in Dublin 2 are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to lead their finance function in the Dublin office.
This is a key leadership role within the Finance team, offering the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance, strengthen financial control, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with lawyers and partners to improve financial performance, including billing, profitability, and cost management Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Monitor and drive performance across key financial metrics (billing, cash collection, WIP, and debt) Oversee financial control, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners Prepare and review business cases for strategic initiatives and partner hires Improve financial processes and ensure alignment with firm-wide standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Strategy, and Business Development Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team About You: Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior stakeholders Background in professional services or a global organisation (law firm experience desirable) Solid understanding of financial control, reporting, and compliance Experience managing and developing a team Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and influencing skills Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Concur, or Power BI is advantageous What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Pension Flexible and hybrid working options Comprehensive healthcare cover and wellness benefits Structured training, mentoring, and career development programmes International exposure and opportunities for progression A collaborative and inclusive working environment Opportunities to contribute to pro bono and community initiatives For a confidential discussion, please reach out to Richard Minchin on the Lex Consultancy team.
