We are seeking a Structural Engineer with 4+ years' experience to join our growing structural engineering team based in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in the design and delivery of structural engineering services across a broad and interesting range of public and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the delivery of structural engineering services across a range of projects, from feasibility through detailed design and construction stages.
* Provide technical input on structural design requirements and solutions, working closely with project teams, senior colleagues, and other disciplines.
* Participate in design team meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors as part of coordinated project delivery.
* Assist in the development of practical and efficient structural design solutions, ensuring designs are buildable and technically robust.
* Ensure designs are prepared in accordance with relevant Eurocodes, standards, and best practice.
* Prepare and assist in the coordination of technical reports, calculations, drawings, and tender documentation in collaboration with engineers and technicians.
* Support site inspections and construction-stage services, including assisting senior engineers where certification or inspections are required.
* Work collaboratively with civil and structural teams on integrated multidisciplinary projects.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting company procedures, quality standards, and technical initiatives.
Qualifications Experience
* Masters or Honours Degree (Level 8+) in Structural Engineering;
* 4+ years experience working as a structural engineer on a broad range of development projects (high-rise or low-rise residential experience desirable).
* Aspiration to get Chartered with Engineers Ireland/ IStructE in the near future;
* Experience with Eurocodes, ideally with work experience in Ireland, the UK or Europe;
* Solid technical and analytical skills with demonstrable problem solving abilities;
* Experience attending site and carrying out inspections in accordance with BCAR is desirable;
