If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with fresh, quality ingredients, and enjoy being part of a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:• Bringing creativity and passion to every dish, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.• Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.• Preparing and cooking dishes in line with HACCP and food safety standards.• Maintaining a deep knowledge of our menu, ingredients, allergens, and preparation techniques.• Keeping workstations clean, organised, and free from cross-contamination.• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation, training, and maintaining high kitchen standards.• Contributing to sustainability efforts by minimising waste and using resources responsibly.• Ensuring smooth kitchen operations, including stock control, deliveries, and hygiene compliance.Candidate Requirements:• A passionate chef with at least 2 years of Chef de Partie experience in a high-quality kitchen.• Strong attention to detail and high operational standards.• A team player with great communication and collaboration skills.• A commitment to food safety, hygiene, and sustainability.• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
