Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department
* Develop, implement, and maintain systems and policies (including ProcureWizard)
* Monitor department work and drive efficiency improvements
* Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team, including performance evaluations
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
* Process invoices and maintain the supplier database
* Manage payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly
* Assist with month-end closing procedures
* Oversee set-up of new suppliers on the system
* Collaborate with wider finance team to maintain accuracy and integrity
* Support implementation of new processes and systems

* Strong skills in invoice processing and payment management
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities
* Experience with accounting software and MS Office applications
* Hospitality industry experience is an advantage
