Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join our team!


About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in generating and managing sales within our divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring agreed quarterly and annual sales targets are delivered through a combination of appropriate activities with existing and potential customers.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Generate and manage sales within the divisions, ensuring agreed quarterly and annual sales targets are delivered.
* Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), including senior health professionals and key suppliers.
* Take leadership from the Sales & Marketing Director for the sales strategy and drive its implementation.
* Explore new clients, market potential and business opportunities.
* Ensure all activities are undertaken in line with the overall requirements of the company sales plan and sales objectives.
* Keep up to date on market and product developments allied to the industry and keep representatives and management fully informed.
* Follow company procedures and attend all courses, seminars and training sessions as deemed necessary.
* Gather market intelligence and information related to competitor activities to support decision making on performance and allocating resource.
* Seek and evaluate new product ideas, providing adequate information and facilitate ongoing communication.
* Assist in product evaluations and/or clinical studies as appropriate.
* Work closely and effectively with the overall group sales team and with support functions to provide the best possible service to the customer and the patient.
* Participate in trade shows, training, and marketing activities as required.
* Assist with the contracts/tender process for all Key Accounts when necessary.
* Prioritise objectives and schedule work to make best use of time and resources.
* Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports for the Divisions.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious, and dedicated to the development of new business in this new division.

Top performers will have tenacity, drive, and enthusiasm to support the growth of the business unit in partnership with leading brands.

They will have experience in executing territory sales plans, strong commercial skills coupled with a highly developed analytical ability, and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
