Senior Finance Administrator Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Administrator. This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Finance Administrator in Ballyfarnon, close to Boyle, located in Roscommon. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial health of the business. Duties to include: Responsible for the daily on-site accounts administration. Daily lodgment/allocation of cash and reconciliation of cashbook. Reconciliation of creditor accounts and preparation of payment runs. Posting of sales and purchase invoices to relevant ledgers. Stock Control. Monitoring of costs. Liaising with other departments, suppliers to resolve queries. General office duties within the finance department. Responsible for debtors ledger. Payroll cover during leave periods. Requirements for the position: Proven experience as a financial administrator, accountant, or similar role; hospitality industry experience is a plus. Possess strong administrative and advanced IT skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience in financial analysis is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
