Full-Time Commis Pastry Chefs
to join our award-winning kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated chef to develop their skills in a luxury hotel and fine dining environment.
Overview of the Role:
The successful candidate will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest culinary and hygiene standards:
Key responsibilities include:
* Becoming fully familiar with all menu items
* Preparing dishes in a timely manner, ensuring all food meets approved presentation and quality standards
* Minimising waste through correct portion control and cost-effective working practices
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards throughout the full food chain, from storage to service
* Ensuring full HACCP compliance within the kitchen
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or fine dining kitchen
* Talent, creativity, and a genuine passion for food
* A friendly, dedicated attitude with strong attention to detail
* The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure
