HR Generalist / HR Business Partner Job Opportunity
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month maternity leave contract.
This is a fully onsite role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on in a collaborative environment.
* Provide daily HR support across the business.
* Lead and support employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievance processes.
* Conduct and support workplace investigations in line with HR policies.
* Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR best practice.
* Assist with HR administration, documentation, and reporting as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous HR experience with exposure to employee relations is essential. A strong knowledge of HR processes and Irish employment legislation is also necessary.
Able to build relationships and support management confidently is a must. A proactive approach and ability to work independently are also key attributes for this role.
Open to experienced HR professionals or candidates with fewer years' experience who are confident in ER work.
