We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Application Support Engineer – Fenergo AMS (L1/L2) position to participate in our client's upcoming fin-tech project.
You can expect:
* Act as a senior escalation point for L1/L2 incidents and complex service requests
* Oversee triage, diagnosis, and resolution of issues across Fenergo and integrated systems
* Lead problem management and root cause analysis for recurring incidents
* Support deployment validation, environment refreshes, and patch rollouts
Requirements:
* 8+ years in application support, production support, or AMS roles in financial services
* Strong hands-on experience with Fenergo CLM/KYC platform
* Solid knowledge of KYC/AML processes for institutional clients
* Proficiency in API integrations, SQL for diagnostics, and job monitoring tools
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Strong ITIL and ITSM process knowledge (certification preferred)
* Very good English skills
Nice to have:
* Experience with Fenergo configuration (rules engine, workflows, UI)
* Knowledge of financial data domains (LEI, UBO, sanctions)
* Familiarity with Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar tools
