Job Purpose
The purpose of the Grade IV Administration Assistant is to provide an exceptional and comprehensive support service delivery within the various Departments within the Directorate in consideration of patient care and the Departmental Administration Team. The Grade IV Administration Assistant will ensure that all duties, roles and responsibilities are completed to the required operational standards in line with the competency framework.
In order to meet the service needs of the hospital the post holder will be required to work at different locations to the normal place of work i.e. across the Departments within the CCAEST Directorate and in other Directorates, as required. The post holder will also be expected to provide cover for colleagues during times of absences.
This is a permanent part time (17.5hrs per week) with the following working pattern: Monday - Friday 12.30pm - 4pm
