* Project managers oversee the execution of electrical projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Key responsibilities include attending project meetings, familiarizing with specifications, providing input on technical submittals, establishing performance and delivery criteria, and planning resources.
* Leadership skills are essential for managing teams, meeting project requirements, and deadlines. Effective communication with clients and site-based teams is critical.
* The role involves identifying and tracking project risks, coordinating and delivering project plant and equipment, and ensuring adequate materials availability.
* Additionally, the project manager must update program gains/losses to the construction manager weekly, develop a constructible schedule with the project planner, and implement the commission plan.
