The service engineer will work closely with clients to diagnose and resolve electromechanical faults efficiently. They will also provide user guidance and basic technical training, as well as maintain service records and ensure compliance standards are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong electromechanical skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools. A qualification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics is an advantage.
You should be comfortable with travel and working autonomously, with excellent communication and customer-service skills.
