We are now recruiting for Guest Experience Executive/Resort Butler to join our growing Guest Experience Team.

Working as a Guest Experience Executive/Resort Butler, you will be responsible for multiple different elements of a guest's stay with us on the Resort, primarily focusing your energy on our VIG (Very Important Guests) and special visits.

As a Guest Experience Executive/Resort Butler, You Will

Prior to arrival, you will assist guests with planning their itinerary, ensuring all preferences are accurately noted and shared with the relevant teams. You will also inspect incoming VIG arrival rooms and suites, ensuring everything is in pristine condition and up to Adare Manor standards.

Review guest history (if available) from previous visits, highlighting preferences and needs, and ensure all requests are completed prior to their arrival.

Answer communications relating to incoming VIG guests via phone and email.

Be present in the Great Hall and other high-traffic areas during peak times, assisting the wider Rooms Division and Front of House teams when available.

During the stay, the Guest Experience Executive/Resort Butler will provide personal support from the reservations stage through to departure, acting as a dedicated point of contact for our Suite and Special guests. Build meaningful connections with guests, anticipating their needs and efficiently managing special requests such as luggage assistance, amenities, laundry, personal shopping and unpacking services.

Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments to deliver a unified and seamless level of service for all of our special guests.

Assist in the planning and execution of special events on the Resort, such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, 4th of July celebrations etc.

Upon departure, maintain an up-to-date archive of guest documents and preferences to enhance future visits.

Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is desirable. Full clean European Driver's Licence preferred.

You will report to the Assistant Guest Experience Manager, the Guest Experience Manager and the Director of Guest Experience. This role will be primarily 5 days over 7 with a variation of shift work. In any role, it is impossible to be absolutely precise; as per all roles, the above responsibilities are not exhaustive.
