Aramark is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about the latest trends in food and coffee, brings a strong hospitality and service mindset, and has a sharp eye for branding and engaging content. You'll play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, with a focus on measuring customer engagement and driving brand awareness, loyalty, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print & events).
* Support content creation for social media, email newsletter, promotional materials, internal and external videos and seasonal campaigns
* Performance management and analytics
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
* Assist in organising events, trade shows, and internal competitions
* Brief any creative content with external agencies
* Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
* Support the development of customer loyalty programs and seasonal promotions.
* Support the teams in new unit openings
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 0–2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships or placements welcome).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva).
* Creative mindset with familiarity of design programmes
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Passion for hospitality and service is a plus.
* Full clean driving licence, car and the ability to travel when required
Desirable Skills
* Basic knowledge of SEO
* Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative, Canva).
* Understanding of brand development and customer engagement strategies.
* Team player with a proactive attitude.
