Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative products that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

* Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish product vision, develop roadmaps, and drive strategy execution for product development.
* Customer Experience: Gain in-depth understanding of customer needs, identify gaps, and develop new ideas to enhance market share, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
* Communication: Foster buy-in for product vision within the organization and with external partners through effective communication and presentation skills.
* Customer Engagement: Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback on products and maintain strong relationships to ensure clear market feedback channels.
* Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform product decisions and recommend actions.
* Product Launches: Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Executive stakeholders.
* Pricing and Positioning: Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize business value.
* Requirements Definition: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and specifications.
* Project Prioritization: Scope and prioritize activities based on increasing business value and customer ROI.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with Design & Development teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions with quick time-to-market resources.
* Progress Updates: Provide regular internal updates on product portfolio performance.
* Presentation Skills: Present product plans across the organization.
* Marketing Alignment: Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy and effective message conveyance.
* Documentation: Deliver customer documentation, including functional specifications, sales collateral, and product update news.
* Sales Enablement: Work with commercial associates and sales leaders to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for pre-sales, sales, and engineering teams.
* GTM Plans: Develop go-to-market plans and pricing models for direct customers, contract manufacturers, systems integrators, and OEMs.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as business or technology.
* A minimum of five years of commercial experience, including two years of managing product life cycles and implementing new products within a technical environment.
* Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
* Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
* Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
* Previous experience in commercial negotiation.
* Good understanding of business applications such as CRM and ERP.
* Good knowledge of Internet technologies and proven ability to understand and communicate technical functionality.
* Demonstrably good commercial acumen and high level of numeracy.
* Enthusiasm and ability to work with minimal supervision in an environment with tight deadlines.
* Organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to establish plans of action to effectively ensure achievement of results.
* Able to influence and drive teamwork to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.
* Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines.
* Ability to effectively use AI tools for market research, competitive analysis, and other areas for increased productivity and quality.
