Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk & Property Administrator at DNG Flanagan Ford in Sligo. The role involves handling receptionist duties, providing customer service, managing communication, offering administrative assistance, and managing fax related tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities will include:
* Meet & greet customers in office – ensure all callers to the office & on the phone have an exceptional experience each time & feel that we are knowledgeable & as helpful as possible
* Phone calls – enquiries, viewing requests, engineer inspections, etc
* Setting up viewings with the viewer/seller/occupier
* Coordinate & prepare diaries in advance & on the morning of the appointment for sales agents
* Manage the sales process from Sale Agreed to Sale Closed by liaising with sellers, buyers & their solicitors
* Prepare sales listings/brochures
* Ordering placement of For Sale Boards/Sale Agreed/Sold & removal of same
* Prepare appraisal letters
* Online listings
* Txt/email alerts for new listings
* Txt/email alert reminders for viewings
* Ensure the front office is presented well at all times; update the brochure display; update the window display
* Other administrative duties as required
Skills
* Strong admin skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience in a busy office-based role
* Multi-tasking & time management are very important for this role
* Ability to work under tight time scales
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Good presentation & professional telephone manner
* Client confidentiality is expected at all times
* PSRA licence desired, but not essential
