What You’ll Do
* Serve customers in person and by phone building good customer relations.
* Process rental orders, handle payments and manage associated paperwork.
* Contribute to the day-to-day running of a busy hire desk.
* Advise customers on the equipment specification.
* Liaise with the transport team to ensure equipment availability and timely deliveries.
* Liaise with the yard team to assist customers with loading equipment.
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
What You’ll Need
* A willingness to learn about different types of equipment and their applications. Full training will be provided.
* Good organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
* Good computer skills.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role is a plus.
