Reporting to the Project ManagerSite – DroghedaDutiesSafety:Adhere to the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements on site.Protect yourself and other people in the workplace, due to your actions (or inactions).Do not engage in improper behaviour that will endanger yourself or others.Not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the workplace.Undergo any reasonable medical or other assessment if required to do so.Report any defects in the place of work or with equipment which might be a danger to Health and Safety.Comply with all site safety rules and RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).Take part and contribute when filling out Safe Plan of Actions (SPA's) along with your CJK Site Manager and/or crew.Adhere to the SPA daily and don't deviate from this dynamic Safety Plan.To comply with all site permits and permit requirements.QualityApply a Right First Time (RFT) approach and take Responsibility for your own work.Report any Quality / Defect issues to the CJK Site Manager.Ask questions if you are unsure about any aspect of the Electrical installation.Complete the Electrical installation works to a very high standard.CJK will provide Training for Trade personnel and for additional training, as required. An Apprenticeship pathway is in place if you wish to progress further.Respect Clients Systems, Equipment, Plant and report any damage that may be caused.Strive towards Zero Defects, for installed works as completed.ProductivityHigh levels of productivity will be expected to be delivered on daily productivity targets.Execute Installed works as instructed by the CJK Site Manager.Responsible to adhere to good time keeping and use of Site Clock system.Work with a positive attitude with the CJK Site Manager.Training, Knowledge And SkillsRequired to install Electrical system(s) to a high standard. Prevent & eliminate rework.Read and Understand Construction Drawings and Specifications. If unsure, ask.Apply training and knowledge gained, to maintain high standards of workmanship.Complete CJK Company training courses and workshops, as requested.Previous Experience / RequirementsAttention to detail and pride in workmanshipPrevious Construction site experience and/or Electrical knowledgeAbility to work well with teams and on their own initiativeGood timekeeping and attendanceValid Safe Pass CardDesirableManual Handling certificate (within the last 3 years)Forklift / Teleporter Driver LicencePrevious Stores / Material Management experienceCSCSFull Time Position.Salary is dependent on experience.Position based in DroghedaWorking Time 39 hours per week, though additional hours may be required, from time to time.
