We are looking for a Receptionist/Accounts Assistant for our Kilkenny City office.
Responsibilities:
* Answering & screening incoming calls.
* Diary management.
* Audio transcription.
* Database management.
* Client Invoicing & Collection
* Data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning.
* Bookkeeping work for the office team
* Bank Reconciliation
* VAT & RCT Returns
* Payroll
* General day to day office support work
Candidate Profile:
* Be highly organised.
* Possess good interpersonal skills.
* Be confident with figures and have excellent computer skills particularly Word and Excel.
* Have a pleasant and confident telephone manner.
* Pay strong attention to detail
* Have an ability to work on own initiative.
* Multi-tasking and time management skills
* Previous experience in Accountancy or related practices would be an advantage.
