This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Tech Recruiter to join our organisation as we embark on a transformative growth journey. Based in Cork, this 12-month contract role offers an exceptional hybrid working environment.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the current Talent Acquisition team, supporting roles both locally and across Europe. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment (Tech), including talent pipelining, supporting hiring managers with current and future hiring needs, delivering first-class candidate experiences, and driving employer brand awareness.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record operating in a similar position with Tech experience, excellent key stakeholder engagement skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to ambiguity are significant advantages.
