Bid Coordinator
A well-established civil and groundworks contractor based in Leinster is seeking an experienced
Bid Coordinator
for their head office in
Co. Meath
. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing
tender submissions
and
prequalification documentation
, working closely with the pre-construction, estimating, and senior management teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely bid delivery. This role suits a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator with strong communication, document management, and coordination skills.
Role:
• Manage and coordinate tender submissions and prequalification questionnaires (PQQs).
• Compile, review, and format bid documentation in line with client requirements and deadlines.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather project, financial, and technical information.
• Maintain and update bid libraries, company profiles, and supporting materials.
• Ensure all submissions meet compliance and quality standards.
• Support business development through identifying new tender opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining CRM and tender tracking systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of company QMS processes and bid documentation.
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in a bid coordinator, tender administration, or pre-construction support role within construction or civil engineering in Ireland.
• Proven experience preparing and managing PQQs and tender submissions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or document management systems an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Full clean driving licence and legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
