Supply Chain Graduate Programme (f/m/div)
Infineon Technologies invites you to apply for the Supply Chain Graduate Programme (f/m/div) in Dublin. Over 2 years, you will join our Supply Chain office in Dublin and experience roles tailored to your profile and future business needs, including Customer Logistics Management, Key User, Global Logistics Coordinator (GLC), Contracts, Concepts and Projects (CCP), and Engineering Order Management (EOM).
You will be supported by a dedicated team of experts who will mentor and challenge you to unlock your full potential. The programme aims to develop you into a key player and trusted expert in our field, preparing you to make a lasting impact on our business and beyond.
Responsibilities
* Customer Logistics Management trainee: be the first point of contact for demand fulfilment opportunities for your customer portfolio; build relationships with customers and understand their markets; work on improvement measures for your customer; support escalation management where supply is insufficient; represent the customer to internal stakeholders in our international locations.
* Key User trainee: be a system expert within logistics concepts at Infineon; work closely with process owners on improvement measures; communicate improvements to the Dublin team and across the European region as necessary; bring knowledge and insights from previous roles to assist the process improvement cycle.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Global Business, International Management, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Applied Languages/Linguistics or similar fields.
* Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
* Highly motivated and willing to learn.
* Technical and business-oriented mindset.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
* Knowledge of MS Office suite is an advantage.
