* Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior HR capacity.
* Proven ability to design and implement strategic programmes.
* Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with employee surveys, leadership frameworks, and coaching methodologies.
* Relevant third-level qualification
This is an initial 12-month contract with potential for extension or permanence.
