Responsibilities
* Assist in the day to day recruitment activities – handling candidate enquiries, posting job advertisements, compliance, and updating the social media websites.
* Liaising with clients and candidates.
* Recording recruitment data accurately in the Company database and in a timely manner.
* Manage all administration associated with recruiting.
* Assisting with ad hoc duties.
Qualifications
* Experience working in an administrative role.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, balance priorities, and take responsibility for the completion of the recruiting cycle.
* Adept in Microsoft Office.
