Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining smooth operation and deliver quality services to our buildings;
· Handling queries and feedbacks via phone, email and general correspondence;
· Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture;
· Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers;
· Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area;
· Deliver ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
· Previous experience in customer service and administration is a plus;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
· Organized and resourceful;
· Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking;
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
· Self-motivated and willing to learn
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
