Training and Development Professional
The Training and Development Professional is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of learners.
1. Design and deliver systematic training sessions according to specified curricula, with a focus on instruction and facilitation of QQI Levels 3 + 4 certificate modules.
2. Enable learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to achieve progression outcomes.
3. Maintain key performance indicators in relation to learner placement and progression, as well as certification targets.
Liaise effectively with stakeholders to ensure program allocations are maintained. Assist learners in reviewing past experiences and exploring future goals using occupational interest, educational, and problem-solving techniques.
* Educational attainment to 3rd level standard, such as Youth and Community Work, teaching, or adult education.
* Relevant training qualification, e.g., Train the Trainer.
* Experience working in specialized training environments.
* Proven experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
