The Corporate team's lawyers are consistently chosen to advise on the most significant corporate transactions involving Irish and international companies.
Their M&A lawyers advise the firm's global client base on major M&A and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industry sectors, many with an international dimension.
The team have advised on some of the most significant M&A transactions in recent years, representing some of the world's largest corporates, financial institutions and international private equity groups.
Candidate Requirements
The Corporate team currently has opportunities at junior and senior level for lawyers to join their award-winning Corporate practice.
You will have experience of working on complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Experience gained with a reputable commercial firm in Ireland, London or Overseas.
You will be analytical and detail focused with strong commercial awareness.
You are a collaborative and engaged team player.
You are a good communicator, highly credible, with excellent client facing skills.
On offer is a highly competitive salary (comparable with London rates) including bonus and relocation.
