The Role
The successful candidate will join an award-winning, fast-growing Corporate practice, working on a full spectrum of corporate services, including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity deals. The candidate’s duties will deliver expert legal advice on a range of corporate transactions, with a cross-border focus, acting for Irish, UK-based and international equity sponsors and lenders.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
3+ PQE;
Strong background in corporate services, M&A, and private equity in a medium to large commercial firm;
