PFH Technology Group are currently looking for a Programme Manager.12 Month Daily Rate Contract Location: Dublin/HybridPurpose of RoleTo ensure delivery of Digital for Care Transformational programmes and other strategic initiatives in the organistation. This will include ensuring the Corporate teams and regional services effect change to ensure the business benefits are delivered. The coordinated management of large, complex ICT projects & programmes with a high degree of risk and complexity to achieve critical organisational objectivesRegularly handling face to face resource, timing, quality and reporting conversations with senior management and peers in order to deliver on the accountability and reporting aspects of the roleSupporting managers in leading organisational change to drive benefits from digital investments Managing and reporting on projects with strong interdependencies with other agencies and organisations.Responsibilities:Lead the Technology and Transformation project teams engaged in the delivery of transformational solutions within the Finance & HR-Payroll pillars of Corporate DeliveryDemonstrate behaviour consistent with the Mission and Values of the Technology & Transformation Function.Provide leadership on solution design of systems ensuring a focus on interoperability and data managementTo act as spokesperson for the Organisation as requiredDemonstrate pro-active commitment to all communications with internal and external stakeholdersTo develop implementation plans of digital initiatives including resourcing, timelines and budgetTo develop strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the Corporate area for which the person has responsibilityTo work with senior management in ensuring that business benefits are achieved from the programmesTo work with the other ICT units to ensure that ICT programmes are delivered in a cohesive and planned mannerTo prepare regular, high quality, accurate programme reports in compliance with Technology & Transformation standardsTo manage project teams and work with and through other stakeholders to ensure projects are appropriately resourcedTo manage delivery and service levels from outside suppliers and software companies as requiredTo research and maintain current knowledge of national and international trends in the programme areas for which the person has responsibilityPFH Technology, owned by Ricoh – a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.
