IT Support Specialist

This is a specialist role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong background in IT support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with desktop and laptop systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing efficient and effective solutions to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

The role requires the ability to escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams while ensuring timely resolution.

The successful candidate will have proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and IT service management tools.
\
They will also have ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
\
Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques is desirable.
