About Us:We're a dynamic media / content marketing agency producing high-impact podcasts and repurposed video content. We're looking for someone sharp, creative, and detail-oriented to help us elevate each episode's reach through teasers, clips, hooks, and repurposed content.What You'll Do:Take full podcast recordings (audio + video) and extract compelling clips, teasers, and short-form editsCraft an effective first 1–3 seconds "hook" to retain viewers from start to finishWeave together segments so the story / message flows clearly and keeps engagementProduce teaser videos (15–60 seconds) and clip versions for social mediaClean up audio, fix transitions, manage pacing, add overlays/captions when neededRepurpose longer content into multiple micro-videos (e.g. for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)Collaborate with the team to understand brand tone, voice, and content goalsBe comfortable listening carefully (even to long conversations) and shaping them into sharp, engaging contentMust-Have Qualifications:Based in Dublin, IrelandNative-level Englishyou must fully understand every nuance.Proven experience editing podcasts or long-form talk/video content, especially making hooks / teaser editsStrong storytelling instinct - you know how to make something "flow" and keep attentionExcellent technical skills: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar; experience with audio editing toolsAbility to work with raw, imperfect footage / audio and elevate itCalm under tedious listening; you don't get bored or lose attention when trimming or shaping long contentA portfolio showing teasers, short clips made from longer videos / podcastsWhat Sets You Apart:You treat editing like a creative craft, not just cutting and pastingYou understand audience psychology - what hooks people, what keeps them watchingYou're proactive: you suggest what to clip, titles, subtitles, pacing, etc.You're reliable, responsive, and deadline-drivenWorking Structure & Compensation:Full time job, remote work, collaborating with our teamCollaborative environment with a creative, supportive team.Empowerment: Take ownership of your role - be your own boss.Competitive Compensation, we pay well for excellenceFlat Structure: Thrive in a non-hierarchical organization where every voice matters.Initial months will help us refine workflow; afterward, long-term collaboration is the goalHow to Apply:Email 2/3 of your best work up to date (links only)
