Maintenance Scheduler
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of maintenance operations.
The Maintenance Scheduler will develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules to support the seamless execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all disciplines. This role acts as a key liaison between maintenance teams, planners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet operational and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with planners, technicians, vendors, and engineering stores to ensure spare parts and resources are available.
* Maintain and update job plans to reflect current procedures and best practices.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and proactively contribute to safety and quality enhancements.
* E nsure all maintenance activities are recorded in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and are audit-ready, following ALCOA+ principles.
Requirements:
* FETAC Level 6 or equivalent in either an E&I or Mechanical discipline.
* 3+ years Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Med Device industry experience essential in a maintenance role.
* Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling tools (e.g., CMMS).
* Demonstrated ability to influence and to lead change.
* Demonstrated aptitude and interest for problem-solving.
