The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a consulting environment.This role requires strong technical skills in SQL and Excel.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients in data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.Build and optimize Excel models, dashboards, and reports for decision support.Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver financial planning and performance management solutions.Document processes, workflows, and deliverables clearly and accurately.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor or Masters in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.Strong SQL skills (querying, joins, data manipulation).Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).Fluency in English (written and spoken).Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.Nice-to-HaveExperience with CPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Tagetik, SAP BPC, Jedox, etc.).Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) or other data visualization platforms.Previous internship or junior experience in consulting, FP&A, or data analysis.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-growing international company with real career progression.Hands-on experience in planning and performance management projects.Training and mentorship to develop technical and consulting skills.Competitive compensation package.Work location flexibilityJob Type: Full-timePay: €45,000.00-€60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeWork Location: Remote
