Leadership Development Specialist
The Learning & Development Centre is seeking an experienced professional to join our team and support the journey of new hires and company graduates.
About this role:
This role will work across business units and functions to design, develop, implement, and evaluate strategies that ensure our values are lived throughout the employee onboarding period.
* Design leadership development solutions that align with our clients' new joiners programme
* Collaborate closely with the leadership team and subject-matter experts from various functions across the business
* Evaluate training data to inform continuous improvement of performance
About you:
1. You have a background in Policy Creation and Developing Programs Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration 7+ years of experience in Leadership Development roles with progressively increasing responsibilities
