FJS Ltd are the main dealer for Liugong Excavators & Loaders, we are Ireland First Full Line Kubota Dealer for construction, Ag and Groundcare machinery, Furuakawa FRD Rockbreakers, EvoQuip a Terex Brand of Demolition and Crushing Equipment and NC Engineering Dumpers.We are seeking an energetic person to join our Sales team this is a full time permanent positionHours Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.00pmThe RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for processing orders, assisting with order queries and providing excellent customer service via telephone and email correspondence.Responsibilities:Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately on internal sales order process system, ensuring customers are provided with a first-class professional serviceTo be professional and provide clear answers and backup to the service and sales teams.Meeting or exceeding expectations to deliver service excellence and customer satisfactionAct as a liaison providing product and service information assisting sales, orders and colleague enquires1 - 2 years experience relevant experienceOrder Processing on IBCOS system, training providedCandidate Requirements:Customer focused with the ability to operate in a pressurised environmentStrong time management, organizational and record keeping skillsSelf-motivated individual able to work unsupervisedFluent in English, good phone manner and strong inter-personal skills are essentialAn advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Highly numerate with attention to detailHighly organised, good communicator and team workerPrevious experience of time spent in a customer sales or service roleAbility and willingness to learn about new products.Customer focused and a positive attitude.Manage any customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude in line with the SF commitment to excellent customer service.Must be able to work in a team environmentDue to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
