Ipsos B&A Office and Facilities Manager

Ipsos B&A employs 90 full time staff in Ireland, based across two Dublin offices in Blackrock and Milltown and additional sites in Co. Mayo. We are the longest established agency in Ireland. Our client portfolio is extensive and includes companies across all industries, including Media, FMCG, government and semi-state companies. We are also the leaders in political opinion polling in Ireland.

We are now looking to expand to meet our growing business. We have requirement for an office and facilities manager to fulfil a wide-ranging role across our multiple sites in the Republic of Ireland who will oversee the daily management of our facilities, ensuring that the offices operate smoothly and efficiently.

The role:

We are looking to hire an experienced Office and Facilities Manager to manage our multi-site operation, roll out companywide policies, including health and safety, introduce efficiencies in processes regarding office administration as well as various other tasks as they arise. At least three years' previous experience working in a similar role is essential. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, extremely organized, meticulous in task execution, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.

If you have a positive, customer focussed mindset, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a diverse and challenging role, this position may be for you.

Specifically, the position will include the following tasks:

· Manage daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies and office equipment

· Ordering office supplies

· Co-ordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and service

· Organizing internal/client meetings catering and set up in Dublin offices

· Develop and implement health, safety and security measures across our offices and teams

· Manage office space allocation and layout and adjustments according to developmental needs

· Oversee the facilities budget, expenses and financial records

· Lead any office renovations/relocation projects

· Work across multiple sites and teams to contribute to a pleasant, safe and enjoyable working environment

· Excellent competency in spoken and written English

About you:

· A degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as business or facilities management

· An appropriate Health and Safety qualification

· At least 3 years' experience working in facilities or office management

· Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines

· Strong financial acumen

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Ability to work across teams and departments within the organisation

· Solution focussed and aptitude for problem solving

· A flexible and can-do attitude

· Excellent communication and organizational and skills

· A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
