Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of projects through 2025 and beyond, they now require a strong Architectural Technologist to join the team in their Dublin City Centre office!
What you'll need to succeed
* Lead and support the technical team
* Job-led role on various projects
* Leading and coordinating layouts and generating tender and construction documentation.
* Leading BIM/Revit projects through the detailed design stages.
* Demonstrating strengths post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery, and on-site project stages.
* Excelling with technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules.
* Ensuring all designs adhere to standards and are constructible.
* Collaborating with the Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conducting site visits to provide construction and technical support.
