Catering Assistant Job responsibilities in Dublin:
1. Assist with basic food preparation.
2. Organise food preparation areas.
3. serving breakfast to the patients on each ward and collecting the empty trays.
4. Assist with set up and service of food counter.
5. Understand daily menu portion control.
6. Ensure counters are replenished and tidy throughout service.
