St. Joseph's Foundation is a voluntary organisation providing comprehensive services for adults with intellectual disabilities and children with complex needs. Founded in 1968 the Foundation has grown through continuously responding to the needs of people with disabilities and complex needs.
We are currently seeking Home Support Workers to work one-on-one supporting families in their own homes and in the community in the below areas on a Full & Part-time Basis.

* Newmarket, Co. Cork
* Banteer, Co. Cork
Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one support to families in their own homes and in the community, in alignment with individual needs and care plans.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
* QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or a relevant field (Full award) or have completed Care Skills (5N2770) OR Care of the Older Person (5N2706), Personal Effectiveness (5N1390) & Infection Prevention & Control (5N3734)
* Experience of working with children/adults in the field of intellectual disability
* Full manual driving licence and access to your own transport
* A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them maximise their quality of life
