Role Responsibilities:
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets for used vehicles in conjunction with the existing sales team.
* To sell the maximum number of used vehicles via the use of an effective sales process, whilst at the same time achieve the best profit for the Dealership.
* Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange in line with company processes.
* Maintain showroom and displays to the expected standard.
* Using various sources, prospect for used car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunities.
* To actively develop new clients and manage existing clients.
* Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively on ESKIMO CRM.
* Lead, coach and mentor the Sales team on a regular basis to ensure that revenue targets are met.
* Ensure all customers are pro-actively offered finance products during the sales process in line with GDPR compliance.
* On a weekly and monthly basis, monitors sales profitability to ensure strategic goals are being met.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
* Undertaking ad-hoc duties.
Your Skills:
* A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
* Strong Car Sales Experience and preferably at management level Required.
* In date APA certification
* Experience in management of direct customer contact, employee relations, budget and P&L review
* Ability to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisions
* Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across the organisation with peers, staff and management, both written and verbal
* Strong team-oriented leadership skills and proven track record in a management role
* Ability to attract, evaluate, coach, and advance staff to create an effective team
