Overview
My client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide expert advice on all areas of HR and employment law. You’ll create and review tailored employment documentation and build strong relationships with clients, supporting them with practical, commercial solutions.
This is a fast-paced role in the Employment Services team, where attention to detail, excellent communication and a genuine client focus are key. You’ll also have opportunities to deliver HR and employment law training, and to contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team.
Responsibilities
* Advising clients on HR and employment law matters by phone, video or in person.
* Creating bespoke employment documentation tailored to client needs.
* Managing your own caseload and diary, ensuring timely, high-quality support.
* Presenting training sessions to client and non-client groups.
* Keeping your knowledge of employment law and HR best practices up to date.
* Promoting other services where appropriate to support clients’ needs.
* Solid knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
* A professional, confident approach with clients.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* An eye for detail and accuracy.
Experience working with HR policies or bespoke documentation is a bonus, but not essential; what matters most is your enthusiasm to support clients and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
