Client: Leading Real Estate Advisor
Essentials: 5+ years of valuations experience; Property degree; eligibility for PSRA Licence; full clean driving licence; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel; advanced competency in valuation methodologies and software (Argus, Excel, DCF Cashflows).
Location: Dublin 2
Salary: €70,000 - €85,000
Package: 22 days AL; hybrid working; pension; mileage; phone & laptop; bonus

Our client, a highly respected real estate advisory firm, is seeking an Associate Director to join their expanding Valuation & Advisory division. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile instructions, manage key client relationships, and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the team's specialist advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Valuation Leadership: Lead and sign off high-quality RICS Red Book valuation reports across hospitality, leisure, and trade-related assets.
* Client Advisory: Provide strategic consultancy on acquisitions, disposals, feasibility assessments, and site appraisals.
* Market Insight & Publications: Oversee research, contribute to thought-leadership pieces, and present insights internally and externally.
* Agency & Investment Support: Advise on agency assignments, off-market transactions, and strategic investment opportunities.
* Business Development: Drive new business initiatives, support tenders, and strengthen relationships with high-profile clients.
