Job Title: Senior Controls Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop automation systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
* Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for automation solutions.
* Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation equipment and software.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
* Provide training and support to end-users on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and industry trends.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in automation engineering, with a proven track record of successful automation projects in the medical device industry.
* Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens and Codesys software.
