Our client seeks an IT Manager to lead the IT function, ensuring the stability of existing technologies while identifying opportunities for new advancements.
As IT Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives. You will oversee IT projects, manage infrastructure, ensure data security, and continuously improve IT processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with company goals.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data and IT systems.
• Oversee IT projects from conception to completion.
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement IT policies in compliance with GDPR.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Lead and develop the IT team, ensuring effective training and performance management.
