Quality Manager – Laboratory ServicesA leading provider of food and environmental testing is seeking aQuality Managerto oversee its Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and INAB requirements. Reporting to the CEO, this role is central to maintaining accreditation, driving continuous improvement, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, maintain, and improve the QMS in line with regulatory and accreditation standardsManage internal/external audits, document control, CAPA, and quality metricsOversee quality aspects of laboratory operations, including SOPs, method validation, training, and proficiency testingAct as the primary quality contact for clients, auditors, and regulatory bodiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance turnaround times, service quality, and operational efficiencyContribute to site leadership, supporting strategy, communication, and team developmentWhat You BringDegree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (Master's an advantage)5+ years' experience in laboratory quality assurance, including leadership responsibilityStrong knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, INAB, and relevant regulatory frameworksExperience in food or environmental testing preferredExcellent audit management, problem‑solving, communication, and organisational skillsAbout Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
