We are seeking a seasoned Banking Professional to take on the role of Relationship Manager in our Dublin City Centre South office. This position entails developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.

1. Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and acquire new clients while referring prospects to relevant teams.
* Achieve revenue targets, account growth, and fee income objectives.
* Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including credit analysis and approval.
* Conduct commercial and credit assessments, financial analysis, and stress testing.
* Prepare and present comprehensive credit applications for internal approvals.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and market participants.
* Monitor loan portfolios, financial reports, and market trends for risk assessment.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
2. Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate banking with an international bank.
* Strong knowledge of corporate banking processes and sales experience.
* Established connections within the local banking network (preferred).
3. Soft Skills:
* Strong relationship management, negotiation, and risk management skills.
* Proficiency in financial analysis and credit assessment.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
