Job Purpose: The Global Data Lead – Manufacturing is integral to the management of the organization's data assets (including transactional data, master data, and key performance indicators), ensuring data quality, compliance, and effective usage across all business units globally for data within the "Manufacturing Schedule Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in manufacturing Advanced use of manufacturing execution systems (e.g. SAP MES) Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA Experience in data management, data quality, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data governance principles.
Experience with data quality tools, databases, and related technology platforms.
Knowledge of relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage projects and initiate process improvements.
Proactive and problem-solving approach to data management challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
