Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying top talent for our organization across Europe and the US.
This is a 12-month contract position, ideal for someone with a background in agency or in-house recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand key project requirements
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent
* Sourcing and screening candidates for all open roles within assigned business divisions
* Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and Boolean search, to identify niche talent
* Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Promote our organization's employer brand on LinkedIn
* Assist with other talent acquisition projects as required
Requirements:
* Third-level degree qualified with 5+ years of experience in recruitment
* Demonstrated track record of deep sourcing in various areas
* Expertise in LinkedIn, Boolean searching, and other sourcing methods
* Excellent interpersonal skills
