* Managing online travel agency (OTA) platforms, hotel website, channel manager, Rate Par, and Rate Wise.

* Tracking and reporting on revenue performance, booking trends, competitor activity, and return on investment (ROI).

* Maintaining accurate rate loading and mapping across systems.

* Driving direct bookings and minimizing commission costs.

Additional responsibilities include:

* Forecasting and reporting.

* Creating accurate weekly forecasts and competitor analysis reports.

* Supporting budget planning and tracking actual performance versus targets.
